Sutjeska National Park, which occupies impressive 17.500 acres of magnificent wilderness, is one of the oldest parks in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It includes one of the only two remaining rainforests in Europe, the famous Perućica Rainforest; home of the magnificent 80 metre high Skakavac Waterfall. The waterfall, well camouflaged by the surrounding trees, can be seen from the observation post.
